Passenger Guidelines
- All passengers, including infants and children, must be included in the total headcount.
- Child safety seats available upon request during booking.
- Vehicles are not wheelchair accessible; however, foldable wheelchairs can be accommodated.
- Pets and oversized items (skis, surfboards, bicycles, etc.) cannot be accommodated.
- Multiple pick-up/drop-off locations and additional stops can be arranged in advance.
Border Crossing & Immigration Process
- Passengers remain in the vehicle at both Singapore and JB immigration checkpoints.
- Driver handles passport collection and immigration clearance procedures—no need to disembark with luggage.
- Total journey time typically ranges from 45 minutes to 1 hour, subject to traffic and immigration processing times at the JB-Singapore checkpoint.
- Extended waiting times expected during peak hours, long weekends, and public holidays.

Additional Charges
- Airport Waiting Time: Complimentary waiting period of up to 1 hour at Changi Airport or Senai Airport. Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period is charged at S$20 per hour. (payable directly to driver)
- Extra Stops: Additional pick-up or drop-off locations are charged at S$10 per stop. (payable directly to driver)
Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation fees apply.
- Advance notice of 1-2 days prior to scheduled travel date is required.
